  • Lower Body Series: “Slow Flow for Low Back Pain” teaches stroke techniques for the muscles in the lateral force line, including glutes and hamstrings, which contribute to low back pain and is the foundation for treatment of the lower body. It is a prerequisite for “Slow Flow for Knee Pain” and “Slow Flow for Lower Leg and Ankle Pain”

Can I receive CEUs for these classes?
