Dr. Brooke Ezra Torf-Fulton
DACM, LAc

Dr. Brooke Ezra Torf-Fulton focuses on both adult and pediatric Internal Medicine, with an additional passion for sport medicine and mental health.

From personal experience, Dr. Brooke understands that being sick can be the scariest moment in someone’s life. While working as an emergency medic, she saw how truly debilitating diseases could be. She wanted to utilize the insight she had gained as a patient of Chinese Medicine to help people throughout their health journey – from preventive medicine to chronic disease and even symptom relief.

Dr. Brooke graduated from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTCM). She worked in the rehabilitation ward of California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and LifeLong Ashby Health Center in Berkeley as part of an integrative care system. She has also provided community acupuncture at both Glide and the Women’s Resource Center in San Francisco.

In her free time, you will find her out on the trails backpacking with her son and husband and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, skiing, or cooking.

Dr. Nicole alcordo
dtcm, Lac

Dr. Nikki focuses on women’s health and pain management, with an additional passion for dermatology.

Dr. Nikki's experience includes providing integrative therapy in various settings such as sports rehab centers, neurological rehab, aquatic rehab, subacute, and acute care. Nikki finds joy in helping patients navigate through difficult times in their lives. She understands the effect that pain – whether it be acute or chronic, physical or emotional – can have on one’s life. While much of her background and study revolves around orthopedic rehab, other professional interests include women’s health, geriatrics, and anxiety/depression.

Her curiosity for acupuncture and Eastern medicine bloomed from her background as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Treating patients alongside many seasoned acupuncturists, she saw the profound effects that acupuncture by itself, and even more so the lasting effects it can have when in harmony with allopathic medicine. Dr. Nikki fell in love with the idea of blending eastern and western medicine and pursued her Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM).

Dr. Nikki received her training as an acupuncturist at University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. It was there that she graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM) and completed her doctoral capstone project in the treatment of follicular phase defects with TCM. She gained experience and knowledge working alongside Western MDs at inner-city clinics throughout Connecticut.

In her free time you will find Nikki making jewelry, exploring the outdoors with her two Bengal cats, and practicing aerial sports.
