Acupuncture +
The insertion of hair-thin, sterile, single-use needles into the body stimulates the body’s natural healing response through various physiological systems. The process is often painless, or nearly so, and generally very relaxing. Usually the needles are retained for 15 to 45 minutes. Your treatments may include points on your hands, arms, legs, feet, and/or head and neck.
Private sessions are comprehensive and include a combination of these modalities: acupuncture, trigger point therapy, bodywork, cupping, electro-stimulation, gua sha, infrared heat therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.

Initial Visit: 1 Hour 45 Minutes
Your initial appointment will typically last 1.5 hours. It will include a thorough intake of your current and past health history, a customized selection of modalities, and a comprehensive treatment plan so you know what comes next.
Return Visit: 60 Minutes
Your return acupuncture appointment will last approximately 1 hour and will include a customized selection of modalities depending on your current condition.
Return Visit: 90 Minutes
This appointment is meant for people that enjoy hands on time, along with additional time to relax and enjoy the acupuncture zen. Your return acupuncture appointment will last approximately an hour and a half, and will include a customized selection of modalities depending on your current condition.
Herbs +
Drawing from compounds naturally occurring in nature, herbal medicine is custom blended to treat your ailment and underlying conditions. It can be formulated as teas, granules, pills, or tinctures depending on your preference.
Initial Consultation: 60 Minutes
The consultation will include a short interview, a diagnosis, and herbs to be taken for the proper length of time. We will also address supplement and vitamins, along with lifestyle modifactions. Please bring a list of your current medications and supplements to the initial consultation.
Return Visit: 30 Minutes
Your return Herbs + consultation visit will include reviewing your progress and, if needed, making additional recommendations or changes to your herbs and supplements.
Comprehensive Acupuncture Care
This appointment combines our Acupuncture + treatment and Herbs + consultation into one in-depth appointment to help you achieve your optimal health. Please bring a list of your current medications and supplements to the initial consultation.
Initial Visit: 2 Hour 15 Minutes
This is the most in-depth way for us to approach your health, combining our comprehensive Acupuncture + treatment with our additional Herb + consultation.
Return Visit: 90 Minutes
After reviewing your personal wellness goals, Dr. Brooke will address which modalities will help you achieve your optimal health. Due to the individualized practice of our medicine there is no “one treatment” that fits all for this level of care.
Massage Therapy
A Massage perfectly tailored to meet your needs. From pain relief to deep relaxation, your LMT will customize a massage using relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and treatment techniques to achieve your desired outcome.
Please note that only 60 minute massages are commonly covered by insurance. Insurance information needs to be submited to Aqua Terra Health prior to treatment. Should you book an alternative massage and/or your insurance not offer this benefit you will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Focus Massage: 30 Minutes
Can be used as an introductionary massage or to focus on a single area and/or injury.
Custom Massage 60 Minutes
A fully customizable massage. Massage techniques are specially tailored to meet your needs and desired outcomes of the treatment. Goals are discussed before the session, and pressure can be modified throughout. Your LMT will customize a massage using relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and treatment massage techniques to achieve your desired outcome.
Comprehensive Massage: 90 Minutes
With all the benefits and techniques of a custom massage, but with more time to heal, relax, and rejuvinate.
Delux Massage: 120 Minutes
With all the benefits and techniques of a custom massage, with an even longer time to melt into the table and/or focus on problematic areas while still recieving a well-rounded treatment.
Pregnancy / Postpartum Massage Massage: 60 Minutes
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage cushions are used to allow women to lie face-down and semi-inclined. The pregnancy bolstering system can also be a great choice following brith as your body adjusts post-pregnancy. Special considerations are taken to ensure safe massage during and after pregnancy, please alert your LMT as to how far along you are in your pregnancy/postpartum.
